Bruce Eugene Nagy

LaPorte, Indiana

Bruce Eugene Nagy, age 63, a resident of LaPorte, passed away on November 16, 2011. He was born on August 13, 1948 in Gary, Indiana, the son of Frank J. and Hazel I. Nagy. Bruce was a 1966 graduate of Portage High School. He then worked for Bethlehem Steel Corporation as a checker. Bruce enjoyed music, playing guitar, and being with friends.

Bruce is survived by his loving family; his mother Hazel Nagy, Portage, sister Elaine Nagy, Portage, brother Elmer Nagy, Portage, and other loving family and very dear friends. Bruce was preceded in death by his father Frank Nagy.

A visitation for Bruce Nagy will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Monday, November 21, 2011 at Rees Funeral Home – Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage. A funeral service will follow beginning at 4:00 pm on Monday with Rev. Fred Hoover, officiating. Burial will be at McCool Cemetery in Portage.
