Pearle Farry services yesterday
Funeral services for Mrs. Bartley Farry of Portage were conducted Monday at Hope Lutheran Church of Portage, the Rev. S. L. Kloper officiating. Burial was in McCool Cemetery with Olson Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Farry died Jan. 1, in St. Anthony Hospital, Crown Point. She was born in Portage, April 3, 1907, as Pearle Marie Samuelson, daughter of Peter and Jenny Samuelson, and was married Feb. 25, 1928 to Bartley J. Farry, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Jaclyn Macedo and Mrs. Michael Millikin (Joyce) both of Portage; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A member of Hope Lutheran Church, she also belonged to its Altar Guild and Lutheran Church Women.

Mrs. Bartley Farry

Portage-Services for lifelong Portage resident Mrs. Bartley J. (Pearle Marie) Farry, 74, who died Friday at St. Anthony's Hospital, Crown Point, were Monday at Hope Lutheran Church. Burial was in McCool Cemetery.
Born April 3, 1907, the daughter of Peter and Jenny Samuelson, on Feb. 25, 1928, she married Bartley J. Farry, who survivies. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, H.L.T.W., and the Altar Guild.
Also surviving are two daughters, Jaclyn Macedo and Joyce Millikin, both of Portage, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
